Book Recommendation: “The China Study”

“Genetics loads the gun, but diet pulls the trigger.”

     I am reading Dr. T. Colin Campbell’s The China Study, which chronicles the largest study ever conducted on diet and disease. It’s fascinating. It really makes you see how many false assumptions our out there regarding nutrition, and how harmful these assumptions have been to our health and well-being. I highly recommend everyone read this book. Campbell includes an incredible amount of data but his findings are so clear that anyone remotely interested in their health (hopefully all of us) will find this book useful.
